Hazardous waste incinerators
We deal with incineration of all conceivable types of waste. The core of our activities is the production of small, time-tested, pyrolysis incinerators of the GG series for the incineration of hazardous and hospital waste. But we can also build much larger incinerators for the incineration of municipal waste with combined power and heat production with the latest industrial flue gas cleaning systems.
Small incinerators and hospital waste incinerators
GG series incinerators are pyrolysis incinerators for the perfect disposal of a wide range of different wastes, including hazardous hospital and industrial wastes. The units are capable of incinerating both solid and liquid wastes. Normal operating hours are 8 hours per day. The main advantages of the GG series include variability in location, speed of implementation, sterile ash - reduction in volume by about 90%, complete and perfect combustion of carbonization gas, heat production (hot water, hot water or steam), central control and automatic regulation of the combustion process. GG series incinerators are working reliably in the Czech Republic and many other countries of the world.
Medium incinerators
Medium capacity incinerators are designed for sorted municipal waste. The heat generated by the incineration of waste is further used to generate electricity. Our incinerators combine the robust K12 series combustion chambers from the Austrian manufacturer KOHLBACH and ORC split technology from the Italian manufacturer TURBODEN. The incineration and power generation process is fully automatic. A control system maintains the optimum combustion temperature and flue gas residence time at the desired temperature. The volume of ash represents about 10% of the original waste volume. The technology used allows modular assembly. The incinerators are designed for continuous operation.
Large incinerators
Large municipal waste incineration plants, technically waste-to-energy plants (WEEE), are a source of thermal and electrical energy. Incinerators generally don't have the best reputation, but the modern technology we offer is ultimately less environmentally damaging than, for example, coal-fired power stations, heating plants or domestic stoves. Each ZEVO is specific, so we always address its technology individually.
