SMALL INCINERATORS AND MEDICAL WASTE INCINERATORS   MEDIUM INCINERATORS   LARGE INCINERATORS

We engage in incineration of all conceivable types of waste. The core of our activities is the production of small, time-proven, pyrolytic incinerators Series GG for the incineration of hazardous and medical wastes. However, we are also capable of much larger municipal waste incineration plants with cogeneration of electricity and heat with the most modern systems of industrial flue gas cleaning.

WHY TURBION

  • production of pyrolysis incinerators of medical waste series GG (original producer HOVAL Aktiengesellschaft, Liechtenstein)

  • supplies of municipal waste incineration plants

  • comprehensive care for incinerators Series GG
    (warranty and post-warranty service, repairs)

  • sale of spare parts

  • advice and consultation

  • elaboration of complete project documentation, expert studies and assessments

  • know-how
  • many years of operating experience
  • modern, but proven technology of incinerators

REFERENCES

About waste incineration

  • incineration is the fastest way to dispose of waste

  • detoxification of waste - product of combustion is inert ash

  • waste is relatively heating fuel, the calorific value of municipal waste varies depending on its composition in the range of about 7,5 to 10,5 MJ/kg

  • heat and electricity generation by waste incineration saves primary fuels (coal, gas, etc.)

  • ash volume is only about 10% of the original waste volume (ash mass is about a quarter)

  • unlike waste landfilling, incineration does not cause the occupation of land, groundwater contamination is eliminated and CO2 and methane (greenhouse gas) discharges are reduced

  • Incineration is the only permitted method disposal unprocessed medical waste, by incineration (at a temperature higher than 1000 °C) should be disposed of following medical waste:

    • infectious waste
    • pathological - anatomical wastes
    • blood samples
    • dialysis wastes
    • sharps (ampoules, cannulae, pipettes, needles, syringes, ...)
    • unusable drugs and cytostatics
    • chemical wastes (cleaning agents, disinfectants, chemicals from laboratories, ...)
    • other wastes for which other means of disposal could endanger health or the environment
    • also should be burned: bandages, disposable clothing, diapers, etc.

Small incinerators and medical waste incinerators

Incinerators of the GG series are pyrolysis incineration units for the perfect disposal of a wide range of various waste, including hazardous medical and industrial waste. The units allow incineration of solid and liquid waste. The normal operating time is 8 hours per day. The main advantages of the GG include variability in location, speed of implementation, sterile ash - volume reduction of about 90%, complete and perfect combustion of the carbonization gas, heat generation (warm water, hot water or steam), the central control and automatic regulation of the combustion process. Incinerators GG reliably operate in the Czech Republic and many other countries around the world.

Medium incinerators

Medium-sized incineration plants are designed for sorted municipal waste. The heat obtained by the incineration of waste is used to generate electricity. Our incinerators combine robust combustion chambers of the K12 series from the Austrian manufacturer KOHLBACH and ORC split technology from the Italian manufacturer TURBODEN. The process of combustion and power generation is fully automatic. The control system maintains the optimum combustion temperature and flue gas residence time at the desired temperature. The ash volume represents about 10% of the original waste volume. Our technology enables modular mounting. Incineration plants are designed for continuous operation.

Large incinerators

Large municipal waste incinerators, better said waste-to-energy plants, are a source of thermal and electrical energy. Incinerators don't have the best reputation, but the modern technology we offer is ultimately less harmful to the environment than, for example, coal power plants, heating plants or stoves. Each waste-to-energy plant is specific, so we always solve its technology individually.
